What is a Holistic Nutritionist?

A Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ is a wellness professional who is dedicated to empowering others to be the healthiest version of themselves.

It is through a natural approach that a Holistic Nutritionist addresses the root cause of a health condition instead of simply addressing the symptoms. It is important to recognize that every person is biochemically unique and therefore requires an individualized approach. Using food as fuel allows for the body to regain its strength, stamina, and vitality. A Holistic Nutritionist is here to mentor you through your journey of a health transformation.

My duty as a Holistic Nutritionist is to provide evidence-based techniques, guidance, and support to help you achieve your wellness goals. By incorporating a practical meal plan, supplementation (if necessary), and simple lifestyle changes, you will be able to obtain positive and sustainable results.

The nutritional protocol I provide to clients is tailored to the unique needs of each individual. The focus is on selecting foods that are wholesome, nutrient-dense, and high quality. During a private consultation (via Skype or in person), you will complete a nutrition and lifestyle assessment that will allow me to construct a specialized meal plan according to your needs and health concerns. A follow-up appointment will be scheduled where we will evaluate your progress, discuss obstacles, and make any necessary adjustments to your health protocol. Many insurance companies are now covering Holistic Nutrition services, please check with your provider for more details.

I understand that a hectic work schedule and a busy personal life may place many bumps on the road to thriving health. However, I am fully committed to helping you achieve a greater sense of balance through a nutritional approach. Balance (from a holistic perspective) involves the body, mind, and spirit all working together in harmony to awaken our God-given potential!
